Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your piece, but if it’s not quite right:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• First step is to email info@ellotti.com to let us know your concern (eg- wrong size) so we can chat through next steps to best support you, we are here to help :).
• Return shipping is at your cost (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
• Refunds processed to original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
• Final-sale items (e.g., accessories, clearance) cannot be returned.
• For faulty or incorrect items: email info@ellotti.com within 7 days with photo + order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
