Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
When items are in stock, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from Melbourne. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. Standard delivery is 7–14 business days, depending on location and customs.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t yet shipped, we’ll do our best to help. Email info@ellotti.com as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your returns policy?
You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. See our returns and exchanges page for details.
Are sale items refundable?
Sale and accessory items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
My item is faulty or incorrect — what should I do?
Please email info@ellotti.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
