Our Founder

Founded by Jess Dempsey, one of Australia’s original fashion bloggers and a creative with over a decade in the industry. Ellotti was born from her own experience as a mother, beach lover, and long-time voice in style.

After countless summers spent between the beaches of Queensland, the coastlines of Victoria, and travels to Europe, chasing her boys along the sand, reaching for the same old shirt and shorts, Jess realised something was missing. She wanted to feel good by the water: effortlessly put-together, comfortable, yet undeniably stylish.

Drawing on her background in fashion and her European heritage from Malta and Italy, Jess created ELLOTTI, named after her maiden name, Carmellotti, to fill that gap. Each piece is designed to make women feel beautiful, confident, and completely themselves in those simple, sun-drenched moments we live for and to evoke memories by the sea that stay close to the heart.
