Meet our Founder

Founded by Jess Dempsey, one of Australia’s original fashion bloggers and a creative with over a decade of experience in the industry, ELLOTTI was born from her life as a mother, beach lover and long-time voice in style.

After countless summers on the beaches of Queensland, along Victoria’s coastline and on holidays in Europe, Jess found herself chasing her three boys across the sand in the same familiar shirt and shorts. She wanted to feel good by the water: effortlessly put together, comfortable and undeniably stylish.

Drawing on her fashion background and her Maltese and Italian heritage, Jess created ELLOTTI to bring that vision to life. Taking its name from her maiden name, Carmellotti, the brand is deeply personal. Each piece is designed to help women feel beautiful, confident and completely themselves in the sun-drenched moments we live for, while evoking memories by the sea that stay close to the heart.
